2 cup(s) flour
2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) flax seed grind into meal
1/2 cup(s) tapioca flour or potato starch
3 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 cup(s) applesauce
3 tbsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup(s) coconut oil softened
2 cup(s) dark chocolate chips or chunks

Method

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix oat flour through salt in mixing bowl.
Stir in applesauce, vanilla, coconut oil until combined, then fold in chocolate.
